Kranjcar has found first-team chances limited this term and Queens Park Rangers boss Mark Hughes is reported to be keen on signing the playmaker in January.
Redknapp, though, is intends to keep hold of Kranjcar, who has made just ten appearances in all competitions this season.
"No chance. I wouldn't sell Niko," Redknapp said. "He might play Sunday. I love Niko. He's a real footballer, a good player. He's just been unlucky, but he's important to me.
"You could say, 'Well, why don't you bloody play him?' But I've got Gareth Bale. It's been hard to get him in the team."
